Andy Kinghorn is a retired environmental and consulting engineering executive with extensive leadership and technical experience. Most recently, he served as Capital Projects Manager for BJWSA, overseeing nearly $100 million in major infrastructure projects. His prior roles include Chief Operating Officer of O’Neal, Inc., Southeast Region Manager for Rust Environment & Infrastructure, and founding principal of Sirrine Environmental Consultants.
He holds an MBA from the University of Utah and both an Master's in Environmental Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. A Professional Engineer Emeritus in South Carolina, he has served in leadership roles for the Consulting Engineers of South Carolina, the South Carolina State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors and multiple local and regional boards. He was named South Carolina Engineer of the Year in 2001.
He was appointed to the Board in 2019.
