Our goal is to provide you with high quality water and wastewater services at an affordable rate. As a non-profit public utility, we depend solely on your payments to cover the operation and maintenance costs of the water and wastewater systems.

Monthly Service Rates

Water - Residential

  • $10.50 Basic Facility Charge
  • $4.12 per 1,000 gallons
  • $10.50 Irrigation Basic Facility Charge
  • $5.20 for Irrigation Only Use per 1,000 gallons

Sewer - Residential

  • $16.00 Basic Facility Charge
  • $7.15 per 1,000 gallons of water used
  • $66.00 maximum monthly bill

(Based on 7,000 gallons)

Water - Commercial

  • $15.00 Basic Facility Charge
  • $4.12 per 1,000 gallons
  • $15.00 Irrigation Basic Facility Charge
  • $5.20 for Irrigation Only Use per 1,000 gallons

Sewer - Commercial

  • $16.00 Basic Facility Charge
  • $7.50 per 1,000 gallon

Sewer Cap

The Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority (BJWSA) has a “sewer cap” on wastewater charges to residential customers. This means that the most a residential customer can be billed per month for wastewater services is $66.00 (based on 7,000 gallons).
