   - BJWSA requires a 3 business-day notice to honor stop service requests.
   - Service is not able to be stopped on Saturdays or Sundays.

   Your stop service request won't be complete until we contact you and a confirmation number is given. We will respond to your request within 3 business days. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5 pm., excluding holidays. Please provide us the contact number you would like us to use and the best time to call.
