Pump Station

Introducing PumpWise: The Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority Pump Station Design Tool

A newly developed Pump Station Design Tool, PumpWise, is now available. Designed as a user-friendly and accessible guide, it assists throughout the different stages of pump station design. To enhance usability, PumpWise is color-coded for intuitive navigation and includes a comprehensive glossary of terms and formulas for added clarity. Key aspects covered include Wetwell Design, System Curve generation, Pump Selection and Manifolding applications, each with step-by-step guidance on how to operate that section of the tool. This resource is intended to be a valuable asset for those involved in developing new pump stations within the service area.
